The Bridge Scholarship Awards Application Form

Purpose

The purpose of The Bridge Scholarship Awards is designed to empower students who are passionate about information technology, helping them turn their skills and curiosity into meaningful careers that drive innovation, solve real-world problems, and shape the future of our digital world.

Awards

Recipients will receive assistance in the form of educational credits that will be applied toward The Bridge certification programs. The percentage of awards are dependent upon the scoring of your application package. The scoring is done by The Bridge’s scholarship board and application packages are scored on a 0-3 scale covering 5 criteria with a maximum score of 15.

Eligible Programs

All programs offered by The Bridge are eligible for scholarship assistance.

Eligibility

The Bridge Scholarship Awards are awarded without regard to race, sex, religion, age, national origin or sexual orientation. The Bridge will not award scholarships to applicants who are not qualified.

Selection Criteria

Applicants will be evaluated by an independent committee on the following 5 criteria:

  1. Past work experiences: At least 1 year of professional-level work experience.
  2. Goal Statement: Short statement of what are your goals and how do you plan to achieve them.
  3. Mini Essay: Short essay of 500–1000 words describing career path, future career goals and need for scholarship assistance.
  4. Resume
  5. Projects Experience: Participated in 1 or more technical projects.

Application Requirements

All of the above items must be submitted before the application will be considered.

Documents should be uploaded as PDF or Word files (with the name of the applicant as part of the file name).
