Fees, refunds and cancellation.

Program fees
Fees for each program are stated in Indian rupees on the program page and in the offer letter, inclusive of tuition, learning materials and assessment. Fees do not include partner university charges for transfer, exchange or dual degree routes, which are set by the partner and disclosed before you commit to that route. Fees are fixed for the duration of the program once the first instalment is paid.
Paying
Fees can be paid in full or in instalments as set out in the offer letter. Education loan and scholarship options are described on the financing pages. An enrolment is confirmed when the first instalment clears.
Cooling-off period
You may cancel for any reason within [14] days of paying the first instalment, or before the first scheduled session, whichever is later, and receive a full refund less a processing charge of [₹2,500].
Withdrawal after the program starts
Once the cooling-off period has passed, fees paid for the current term are not refundable. Fees for future terms not yet invoiced are not charged.
If we cancel or change a program
If The Bridge cancels a program before it starts, all fees paid are refunded in full within [14] days. If a program is materially changed after you enrol (delivery mode, duration, partner or credential), you may withdraw with a full refund of the current term.
Transfer, exchange and dual degree routes
Fees and refunds for the portion of study delivered by a partner university are governed by that partner's published policy, which is provided to you in writing before you accept the route.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within [14] working days of approval. Refund requests must be made in writing to the admissions team.
Questions and disputes
Contact the admissions team first. If a matter is not resolved within [30] days, it may be escalated to the grievance officer named in our Privacy Policy. This policy is issued by AptitudAI Corporation, doing business as The Bridge Education Services.
